Peer Review Process

The International Journal of Intelligent Computing Systems follows a structured and impartial peer review process to uphold academic integrity and ensure the quality of published research. Each manuscript is subjected to an initial editorial assessment followed by expert evaluation.

During the preliminary screening, the editorial team checks for plagiarism using tool Turnitin , validates references, and determines the manuscript’s suitability in relation to the journal's aims and scope. Submissions that fail to meet basic criteria are declined at this stage.

Manuscripts considered appropriate are forwarded for peer review by at least two independent subject experts. The journal employs a Double-Blind Review model, ensuring that both authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the evaluation process.

Reviewers are requested to provide their detailed feedback and recommendations within three weeks. Based on their assessments, the editorial team may choose to accept the paper, request minor or major revisions, or reject the manuscript. The final decision rests with the editorial board.
